They arrived on time, completed the job as specified, for a very reasonable price. They installed a new modem and the Eero Router with a base unit and two satellites. WIFI speed improved dramatically. I would recommend them for audio, video, computer and internet related needs

Tuff Techies is small group that gave me great service on my new Samsung Phone. Troubleshot my phone issues with the tons of automatic popup ads and general setup of the phone. I will use again.

I couldn't get all of the pictures transferred off of old phone to laptop. It wasn't simple, but it got done. If I run into a problem, I know Tuff Techies can fix it. They also transferred info from old phone to my new phone. I trust them and they are the best!

After several recommendations from the community I chose Tuff Techies to come out to install an antenna so we could access local channels. The picture quality is excellent and the installation was seamless. For those looking for local channels without having to pay cable fees - this is the way to go!

I had erased everything in my phone by accident. Bryce got my phone working great again with a new Esim and got me back into my Google account.

After receiving a dreadful phone call from our bank that someone was trying to get into our accounts we immediately took our computers to Tuff Techies! They dug deep into the abyss and were able to destroy the bad guys. On top of that they did it in one day!! They brought my blood pressure down too!

The folks at their desk were polite and friendly. The tech working on my tablet kept us updated on the progress and asked before doing work. The work was performed correctly. The tablet has been working perfectly for days. Since this was work that required opening the tablet and replacing a part, I am very pleased with the result. Thank you!

Couldn’t get our wireless printer in a rental house to sync with our computers and phones. Bryce came to our house and fixed everything in a few minutes. Front desk girl is amazing. the Techs were good and pricing is fair. my only complaint is that sometimes communication can be a little delayed. overall it was a good experience.

I got app capture (?) attack on my android phone. It removed all the apps on my screen and I could not retrieve them. I got it through a QR Code Scanner app that I thought was safe. Anyway, I brought it to Tuff Techies and Carolyn was able to fix it and also showed me how to open a QR Code using my phones camera. I am very grateful for the help they provided. P.S. - When your phone goes dead or is infected you will pay whatever it takes to get it back. The price was fair. I would use them again.

I brought my cell phone in a few days ago and Tuff Techies viewed my phone for possible malware. Since my phone was in great shape, the initial diagnostic charge was decreased by $30.00! Great service and speedy

I had an issue with a green screen in my desktop that I could not resolved. I took my computer in was very pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received. Carolyn greeted me and was very meticulous in taking down my concerns about the computer. Two days later I went to pick my computer up and due to its age, it's time to for me to replace it. I spoke with Bryce who was very knowledgeable and offered for me to shop computers and bring the information to Tuff Techies and they would gladly tell me which computer would suit me better. I am very glad to see how professional the staff is and how much they're willing to extend their knowledge and be helpful. I'm very happy with their services and their prices are very reasonable compared to other services I have received elsewhere. Hope that never changes.
