Discontinuation of TV Repair Services

We regret to announce that, effective immediately (01/01/2024), Tuff Techies will no longer offer TV repair services. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to be transparent about the reasons behind this change:

• Scarcity of Parts: We’ve encountered increasing difficulties in sourcing the necessary parts for repairs. This scarcity has led to prolonged waiting times and uncertainty, which we feel does not meet our standard of service.
• Lower Cost of New TVs: With the rapid advancements in technology, the cost of new TVs has significantly decreased, making it more economical for many of our customers to purchase a new TV rather than repair an old one.
• Complex Repair Process: The difficulty of transporting a large TV into our office, waiting 1-2 weeks for the repair, and then transporting the TV home has only made the repair process more difficult for our customers.

Alternative Options

Tuff Techies and its technicians won’t leave you out to dry!

• TV Recycling: We can still help recycle your non-working TV. Either drop it off at our office for free or we can have a two-man team pick up your TV for just $89.
• New TV Setup: Ready to buy a new TV? Let our team mount it on the wall or set it up on a stand for you.
