When my old laptop failed, TT was great about explaining why it would cost $$ to repair. I knew it wasn't worth it at almost 10 years old, and they gave me a very fair price on a new one with all my data transferred to it. Recently the sound stopped working. Jeremy came out and did the necessary troubleshooting to find and fix it. Then he took a look at my husband's Android tablet which acted like it had a virus. He fixed that too. And the price for the service call and fixing both items was very reasonable. I'd definitely take any computer problems to them again and recommend them to anybody!
