Are you open on weekends?

No, Tuff Techies is not open on Saturdays and Sundays.

However, we always reopen bright and early Monday morning at 8 AM!

What areas do you service?

We service most of Northern Arizona including:

Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Williamson, Dewey-Humboldt.

We also service the following areas for an additional travel fee:

Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Sedona, Flagstaff, Jerome, Mayer, and more.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, we do offer same-day service when avaialable!

  • All on-site (in-home) appointments are on a first-come first-service basis, so same-day appointments are not guaranteed.
  • For in-shop service, you do not need an appointment and can stop by anytime during business hours.
  • If you would like one-on-one in-shop service you will need an appointment.
How much do you charge for a dignostics and estimate?

Tuff Techies offers 100% free diagnosis and estimates! Drop your device off at our shop anytime during business hours and we’ll tell you how much it costs to repair it, for free.

What is your No Fix No Pay Guarantee?

We offer a 100% No Fix No Pay Guarantee for in-shop services only.

All on-site (in-home) services, installations, upgrades, repairs, optimizations, etc must be paid for regardless of the outcome.

What size TVs do you mount?

Our team can mount any size TV up to 86 inches!

  • 43″-65″ TV starts at ($149)

What channels do I get with a TV antenna?

In Prescott Valley, AZ and surrounding areas we get 30+ free TV channels including but not limited to NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, PBS, MeTV, ESCAPE, CW, Laff, and more.

Do you fix video games systems?

Yes, we do repair video game systems including Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, and others.

Do you offer remote computer support services?

Yes, Tuff Techies does offer remote computer support. You can check out the service details here.

Do you work on Mac computers?

Yes, our team of tehnology experts do work on Mac computers. Stop by our office or schedule an in-shome visit here.

How much does it cost to have someone come to my home?

Our base rate to have a technician go out to your house is $89 per hour.

What kind of computer problems do you fix?

Our techs can repair almost all computer problems, including issues with hard drives, RAM, motherboards, power supplies, slow computers, computers that won’t turn on and computers with viruses.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not always necessary.

  • If you are dropping off a computer or another device for a free diagnositics or repair you do not need an appointment.
  • If you would like to sit with a technician in our office you will need to make an appointment.
  • If you would like to have a technician come to your home you will need to scheudle an appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment online by clicking the Book Now or Schedule Online buttons.

If you want to bring your device into our office, you do not need an appointment and can stop by any time during business hours.

When will my technician arrive?

Your technician should arrive within a 30-minute window of your exact appointment time. If your technician is running early or late they will let you know via call, text, or email.

Why is my technician late?

Occasionally, a technician may run late due to completing a previous job. Should your tech expect to be late to your appointment, you will receive an text, email, or a phone call either notifying you of a short delay or requesting a new start time for your appointment.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

Call us, text us, or email us as soon as you know you’d like to reschedule your appointment. The sooner the better!

What if I cancel my appointment?

We understand that schedules can change on short notice, as do our customers’ needs. With that being said, we try our best to be as flexible as possible, therefore we do not charge a cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled.

We only ask that you contact our offices as soon as you need to change your appointment.

All pricing depends on the service, but all prices are affordable and set to help all people with all budgets.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your technician directly for the services completed. Our techhnicians can accept cash, checks, or credit cards.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, Tuff Techies offers permanent 10% off discounts for seniors, military personnel, firefighters, teachers, law enforcement, healthcare & EMS workers, and students.

Do you offer a senior discount?

Yes, Tuff Techies takes great pride in offering a 10% labor discount to our valued senior customers.

Should I tip my tech?

No tip is necessary, but it’s always appreciated. Feel free to thank the technician for doing a great job by giving them positive feedback when you receive your review email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Tuff Techies accepts all forms of payments including cash, check, or credit card.

Credit cards we accept include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
