Tuff Techies offers in-shop and in-home services from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

We are closed on Saturday and Sundays, as well as most major holidays.

We service most of Northern Arizona including:

Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Williamson, Dewey-Humboldt.

We also service the following areas with an additional travel fee:

Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Sedona, Flagstaff, Jerome, Mayer, and more.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, we do offer same-day service!

All on-site (in-home) appointments are on a first-come first service basis, so same-day appointments are not guaranteed.

What is your No Fix No Pay Guarantee?

We offer a 100% No Fix No Pay Guarantee for in-shop services only.

All on-site (in-home) services, installations, upgrades, repairs, optimizations and etc must be paid for regardless of outcome.

Tuff Techies offers support and technical assistance for almost all the technology in your home.

Devices we support include (but are not limited to): computers, laptops, modems, routers, printers, monitors, smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, televisions, security cameras, and more.

What kind of computer issues can you fix?

Our techs can repair almost all computer issues, including: Bad hard drives, bad RAM, bad motherboards, bad power supplies, slow computers, computers that won’t turn on and computers with viruses.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment online by clicking the ‘Book Now’ or ‘Request Service’ buttons. As well, you can call us at 928-710-7632 to book your in-home service.

If you are wanting to bring your device into our office, you do not need an appointment and can stop by any time during business hours.

When will my techie arrive?

Your technician should arrive within a 30-minute window of your exact appointment time. If your technician is running early or late they will contact you to change your appintment time.

Why is my technician late?

Occasionally, a technician may run late due to completing a previous job. Should your tech expect to be late to your appointment, you will receive an SMS, email, or a phone call either notifying you of a short delay or requesting a new start time for your appointment.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

Call us, text us, or email us as soon as you know you’d like to reschedule your appointment. The sooner the better!

What if I cancel my appointment?

We understand that schedules can change on short notice, as do our customers’ needs. With that being said, we try our best to be as flexible as possible, therefore we do not charge a cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled.

We only ask that you contact our offices as soon as you need to change your appointment.

How much do your services cost?

All pricing depends on the service, but all prices are affordable and set to help all people with all budgets.

Home and business services have different pricing, as do in-shop, on-site and remote support.

No tip is necessary, but it’s always appreciated. Feel free to thank the technician for doing a great job by giving them positive feedback when you receive your review email.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your technician directly for the services completed. Our techhnicians can accept cash, checks, or credit cards.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Tuff Techies accepts all forms of payments including cash, check, or credit card.

Credit cards we accept include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We do not accept money orders.
