In this role, you will diagnose and repair a variety of mobile devices, providing outstanding customer support and maintaining high-quality standards. Here are some examples of the services you will perform:
- Diagnose and repair iOS and Android devices.
- Ability to repair cell phones in a timely manner
- Ability to repair tablets in a timely manner
- Basic smartphone support
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in repairing iOS and Android devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
