Tuff Techies isn’t a national chain, franchise, or faceless technology company. We’re a small, family-owned and operated tech support business right here in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Since 2013, we’ve built Tuff Techies around a simple idea: hire good people who know technology, not tech people who know sales.

Our job isn’t to sell you something you don’t need. It’s about listening, understanding what’s going wrong, explaining your options clearly, and helping you find the solution that makes the most sense.

Meet the Family Behind Tuff Techies

Tuff Techies is owned by Kyle Bridgeman, a husband, father of four, and longtime Prescott Valley resident.

Kyle has a beautiful wife, an awesome son, and three amazing daughters. Kyle has called Prescott Valley home since 2012, so Northern Arizona isn’t simply where Tuff Techies does business; it’s home. Kyle loves coaching his kids’ sports, attends Lifepointe Church, and believes strongly in supporting the community that has supported Tuff Techies for more than a decade.

You’ll often find Tuff Techies sponsoring local youth sports and community activities, and each year our team proudly supports and collects donations for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program.

Being a locally owned business means something special to us. The people who call Tuff Techies are our neighbors. We see our customers at the grocery store, at local events, at our kids’ games, and throughout the community. Our reputation here matters because this is our community too.

A Team Built for the Long Term

Great customer service doesn’t happen because of a slogan. It comes from having good people.

That’s why we’ve always focused on hiring people for character first. We hire good people who know tech, not tech people who know sales.

Our manager, Jeremy, is a great example of that. He’s been part of Tuff Techies for going on 8+ years and has grown alongside the company while helping thousands of local Prescott Valley customers solve technology problems.

Technology service is different from many other home and repair services. Sometimes fixing a computer, setting up a new phone, transferring data, troubleshooting an account, or configuring a device requires access to passwords, personal files, email accounts, photographs, financial websites, or other sensitive information.

Every member of the Tuff Techies team, including the owner, has undergone and passed a full background check. We believe anyone entrusted with access to your home, business, devices, or personal information should meet that standard.

We also maintain camera coverage throughout our Prescott Valley store, from the parking lot and customer areas to our technician workbenches. It’s there for our team’s protection, but equally important, it’s there to provide additional accountability, security, and peace of mind for our customers.
