Q: Will Tuff Techies replace parts on my computer or other devices?

Yes, but only if it’s needed and approved. If the issue you’re experiencing requires a part to be replaced we will do so with only new parts and after the work is approved by the customer.

Q: Are Tuff Techies technicians going to be able to answer my questions and fix my issues?
